Len Cuoco has spent 30+ years in operational and financial leadership roles across packaging, printing, manufacturing, restaurants and franchise systems. He has served as CFO, President and CEO - not in sequence, but separately across different companies in different industries, navigating capital constraints, lender workouts, margin crises, and ownership transitions.

His background is operator-first, finance grounded. A CPA (inactive) by training, he understands the numbers at the level of someone who has prepared and defended them to boards, lenders and private equity sponsors - not just reviewed them. That combination - operational authority plus financial rigor - is the core of what Mancini Advisors delivers.
